Focus and Scope
The journal publishes papers about Network Protocols, Communication systems, Algorithms for communications and any type of protocol and algorithm for Computer Networks.
Network protocols and algorithms are needed to communicate any device in a computer network.
Authors are invited to submit complete unpublished and original works, which are not under review in any other journal. The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, the following topic areas:

The journal uses single-blind system: the reviewers' identities remain anonymous to authors, while the reviewers can see authors' identities. Two reviewers from outside and one editor from the journal typically involve in reviewing a submission.
Publication Frequency
Quarterly, published in March, June and, October and December.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Archiving
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
