I have research experience with live Economic research as research assistant, I engadged research study positions on campus during two academic years. Though I have pursue an Doctorate in Business Management Degree, the idea of hands-on work in a human laboratory setting studying Economic Isuues was very enticing. The decision to apply for this position resulted in my first foray into Management Science research, which I quickly discovered and I had a passion by pursuing research opportunities over the research degree of my career pathway, I refined my research interests while advancing an repertoire of research skills. I am seeking Fellowship to the Management Science program at this University in order to investigate Data Management interactions in modern business context and to further my research skills. My time at this Uni, has prepared me to pursue a PhD by providing me with many opportunities for research, teaching, mentoring, and presenting. I'm Studied using the common Economic and Business impatiens as a model organism to study potential causes of population decline. I have conducted experiments and analyzed data related to behavior impairments caused by public society. my proposed plan that infection in human behavior was linked to psycological deficits, contributing to population decline. After stimulating the social system by injecting them with incorporate empathy into their Gender identity, I performed task switching assays that allowed me to analyze foraging rates, frequency of visits to non-rewarding effect on addiction recovery, handling times, and ability to switch between rewarding labour types in injected as compared to control. I able to demonstrate a significant impairment of motivated and stimulated humans, which exhibit slower foraging rates and impaired flexibility to switch between different Economic issues, impeding their ability to efficiently gather experience. I'm now completing my senior Major Qualifying Project, studying host-mentoring interactions in the working peopels and medically important practices that causes such as comfortable their environment, and life-threatening systemic behavior impacts. Additionally, I am using a specialized phd student used software system developed for use in phythone. albicans to generate a toolkit systems, as this study plays a role in the increased survival level, since this mutant is less likely to be recognized by the host. This project has helped me confirm my passion for workshop and develop the skills to target experiments, fit Economic research protocols, and regard the long-term invest in precipitous returns. I believe it is incredibly important for develop confidence communicate regarding recent research works with peer students. I have gained some experience as a peer learning assistant for historical social background, leading exam reviews and extra help sessions. As a peer advisor for the Career Development Center at uni, I also designed and led a new workshop on searching for jobs and research. I have trained new undergraduate and graduate members, which has been a chance to communicate the details of my work as well as the broader implications. Through attending this intake graduate seminar and speaking with supervisor. The University is exactly institution looking for because it is a prestigious research university with exceptional resources, including state-of-the-art labs, an affiliate research center, and renowned faculty. I am interested primarily in Social interactions, so it is important for me to develop a comprehension report, but also of gender basic and perspective, that is one course I would like to take that highlights this duality. I am very interested in the mechanisms by which unpredictable behaviors and issues cause confilct, though I have not had the opportunity to conduct some research in this field. Therefore, While I have experience working with entire socity, Based on this desire to learn about model organisation, additional socities I would like to complete rotations in are those of my supervisors who respectively use elegans and as models of interuption. I am very excited for the opportunity graduate position rotations will provide to refine my interests and learn about the work of multiple project though hands-on work. In addition to research, I am interested in the Management Science side of fellowship, Earning a PhD from BCTU University is the ideal preparation for the type of my research ability
