Pranav Naithani

Dr Pranav Naithani holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and an MBA. For the initial six years of his career he worked in the corporate sector in India at regional and national level managerial positions. He then taught MBA and BBA students for seven years in Bahrain and Oman. Since January 2011 he is associated with the Higher Colleges of Technology and currently is the Academic Coordinator of Business Programs at Sharjah Women’s College. Dr Pranav Naithani has published numerous research papers and presented at international conferences. His research interests include Emiratization, followership, leadership, work-life balance, expatriate adjustment, higher education and active learning.
