I am a full Professor at the Federal University of Tocantins, Brazil, since February 2013. I teach courses in undergraduate courses of Administration and Graduate Program of Regional Development, in which I supervise students of master's degrees.I currently research on policy analysis, studying theories of the policy process. In the Public administration field, my focus is on the policy capacity of provincial and local governments. My empirical focus is on environmental policies.
