a. Upon receipt of paper submission, the Editor sends an E-mail of confirmation to the corresponding author within 1-3 working days. If you fail to receive this confirmation, your submission/email may be missed.

b. Peer review. We use single-blind system for peer-review; the reviewers' identities remain anonymous to authors. The paper will be peer-reviewed by two or three experts; one is an editorial staff and the other two are external reviewers. The review process may take 2-3 weeks.

c. Notification of the result of review by E-mail. Indicating acceptance or not, as well as the date of publication. The authors should decide whether or not to accept our arrangements for publishing.

d. Authors need to re-edit the paper, using the template. The re-edited paper should use the template provided by us. Meet the formatting requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

e. After receive revised paper. Our editing staff will work on the layout and format. After the process, we will invite you to check the paper again.

f. After publishing, the authors may download the e-journal from the website.

Those scholars who possess a PhD or a similar qualification in relevant fields with experience in reviewing research articles are welcome to join us.
