Impact of Training Patterns upon the Social Relations of Employees (A Meta Analysis)

Abstract


This research explains and explores the ‘Effects of training patterns’ on ‘Social relationships’ within organisations. The study demonstrates a link between unstructured training patterns and formal social relation networks and structured training patterns and informal social relation networks. To justify the study, a theoretical research is conducted by reviewing the literature and various training models and the relationship establish between training patterns and social relationship networks existing in the employees. The theoretical frame work of this study is based on literature that explores concepts like, training, learning, training model, training pattern, training methods, organisational relationships and social networks. In conclusion, the research also states its limitations and recommendations for further research.
