Scope
The journal publishes research papers covering all the subjects in the field of education. The scopes include, but are not limited to, the following topics: early childhood education; higher education; vocational education; distance education; special education; educational technology, psychology, administration, evaluation; teaching and learning.

Note to Authors: All submissions will be checked by iThenticate before being sent to reviewers. Authors are required to provide the names, and e-mail addresses of up to five potential reviewers.
Peer Review Process
The journal uses the double-blind system for peer-review; both reviewers and authors’ identities remain anonymous. The paper will be peer-reviewed by three experts; two reviewers from outside and one editor from the journal typically involve in reviewing a submission. The review process may take two to four weeks.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Copyrights for articles are retained by the authors, with first publication rights granted to the journal.
