Authors are encouraged to submit completely unpublished works, which are not under review in any other journals.

Areas include but are not limited to:

Food processing,
Foodservice & Regulation,
Labor and education on food production
Marketing, Wholesale and distribution
Research & Development on food technology
Financial services on modern food industry

Peer Review Process

We use a double-blind system for peer review; both reviewers’ and authors’ identities remain anonymous. The paper will be reviewed by at least two experts: one editorial staff member and at least one external reviewer. The review process may take four to ten weeks.

Annual, published in November

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
