Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscript falls within the scope of the journal's coverage.
  2. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  3. The manuscript has been edited for grammar, spelling, consistency, and clarity.
  4. The manuscript does not contain plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, and dishonest practices.
  5. The submission is in Microsoft Word file format.
  6. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  7. The journal charges an article processing charge (for formatting and hosting) after acceptance of the manuscript.
 

Copyright Notice

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the non-exclusive right of first publication. Articles are published with immediate open access under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. Authors may archive and distribute the published version without embargo. The publisher may register DOIs and deposit articles in indexing and preservation services. Any applicable article processing charges (APCs) are stated on the journal's website.
